How to Add Ticket Tiers on BaliSquad

Want a cover charge, early-bird price, or a limited number of spots? Use Ticket tiers on your event. You can add more than one tier. Payment is collected offline (BaliSquad does not process the money for you).

If you just need a free open RSVP, skip tickets. Most social meetups do.

On a new event

Open Add Event and fill the basics as usual.
Scroll to Ticket tiers (on mobile: Basics → Details → Settings → Finish, then Ticket tiers).
Tap Add tier.
Fill in:
- Name (Early bird, Door, Member, and so on)
- Price (IDR)
- Quantity
- Description (what’s included)
- Optional Sales window if sales should open or close at a set time
Add more tiers if you need them, then Publish Event (or save as draft).

On an event you already published

Open your event page.
Go to Manage Event → Overview → Edit Event.
Find the Ticket tiers section → Add tier (or edit an existing one).
Fill Name / Price (IDR) / Quantity / Description / optional Sales window.
Hit Update Event.

Heads-up: Manage → Tickets is for stats and scanning, not for creating tiers. If that screen looks empty, add tiers by editing the event.

Tips

Keep tier names short and obvious
Put how people pay (cash at the door, transfer, and so on) in the event description
Use quantity when the room or court has a hard cap

How to Copy an Event on BaliSquad

Running the same dinner, game night, or cowork session again? Don’t rebuild the listing from scratch. Use Copy Event.

It creates a new draft from your existing event so you can change the date (and anything else) before you publish.

Steps

Open the event you want to reuse (you need to be a host or manager on it).
Tap Manage Event.
Open the More tab.
Tap Copy Event (the label is Copy Event, not Duplicate).
You’ll land in the editor for the new draft. Update the start time, description, photos, or ticket tiers as needed.
Hit Publish Event when it’s ready.

Routes under the hood: manage lives at /event/[slug]/manage (More tab); the new draft opens in edit.

Tips

Double-check the new date and area before you publish
Refresh the cover photo if the last one was tied to a past night
If tickets or custom questions should change for this round, edit those on the draft before publishing
