If you feel there is so much more inside of you waiting to be expressed, but something keeps you feeling stuck, maybe there is blocked energy asking to be released. If you feel movement is a form of transformation, healing, and self-expression, I invite you into this space

This is a transformative space for women to reconnect with their deepest essence through movement, ritual, and conscious connection.

Together, we will explore symbolic practices, ritual dance, meditation, breathwork, and Sufi whirling to activate our energy centers, release stagnant emotions, and awaken the life force within.

Through these powerful practices, we will create space for healing, self-discovery, and inner transformation. As old emotions are gently released, hidden aspects of ourselves can emerge, allowing dormant potential, creativity, intuition, and natural gifts to awaken.

We will gather in community and sacred circle, creating a nurturing environment where we can connect deeply with ourselves and with one another, sharing in a safe and real space.
