Mindset Mastery: How to Stop Procrastinating on What Actually Matters
Who is this for?
You've been on your journey. You've faced adversity in the gym, in business, in life — and come out the other side.
You're curious about your internal world. You're not blindly chasing the next goal — you'd like to see if your mind can work for you rather than against you.
You’re not looking for a quick fix. Yes, this workshop talks about stopping procrastination - but you know it’s a process, not an event.
You’re willing to show up and practice. To be sincere and collaborate with others
What will we cover?
Why you need to zoom out and look at the big picture of your life;
How to identify the goals, vision and path that are actually true to you — not what you've been told to aspire to;
The 5 Stages of Motion — a framework for identifying exactly where you're getting stuck on the procrastination hamster wheel;
How to use that same framework to zoom all the way out to your big-picture goals, and all the way in to the task you can't complete on a Thursday afternoon;
Why most of you are whipping yourselves like Roman slaves — and why you need to learn to celebrate instead;
How to put it all together into your own bespoke strategy for dealing with how procrastination shows up for you.
What will happen?
First, we'll cover the theory — think less "me reading off a screen," more dialogue. I'll encourage questions throughout, so the workshop becomes a conversation.
Then we'll get practical. You'll split into pairs or threes to explore the insights emerging for you. You'll leave with real clarity — and the kind of camaraderie that makes for the best conversations of your week.
You won't walk away "fixed" overnight. But with sincere, diligent effort, something will actually shift.

Testimonials:
“Honestly my experience in joining the workshops was mesmerizing. With every single small topic I would feel like I'm learning something completely new. The workshops themselves always make you think and they always open you up to new ideas and new ways of thinking that you could have never been exposed to without them.” - Catalin.
“This was my second workshop, and once again, it was such a positive experience—very engaging and easy to connect with everyone. It gave me the time and space to sit down, address relatable issues we often overlook in our busy lives, and better understand challenges involving relationships, work, and personal life.” - Pedro
“The workshop experience was comfortable and the way it was presented kept attendees inquisitive around the session's topic. Nathan kept the setting very comfortable, making it easy for myself to not only understand the foundational concepts, but also to ask questions freely - even amongst a crowd of "strangers”. Essentially allowing us to settle into the practical section of the workshop with a lot more ease. Since he made it easy to grasp the foundational concepts, it helps me keep in mind the concepts of what was taught into "daily life" or “daily introspection" post-workshop.” - Amanda
“I found this workshop to be a very interesting and thought provoking experience for me. It allowed me to share and confront the problems I have been facing head on in a calm and peaceful manner. It gave me a more positive perspective on issues that I initially held as fully negative. To have more self compassion when addressing my own issues with self sabotage. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to find clarity on their problems and have a space to share what they are facing in life and receive advice or direction on how to solve these problems.” - Menno
