Join us on the mat for a beginner-friendly introduction to Jiu Jitsu, created especially for people with zero experience. This session focuses on learning simple, foundational movements in a calm, supportive environment—no pressure, no expectations, and no prior knowledge required.
Trying something unfamiliar can feel intimidating, which is why we’ve designed this class to be welcoming, safe, and genuinely enjoyable. Jiu Jitsu is less about fighting and more about movement, problem-solving, balance, and awareness. It’s a great way to build strength, improve mobility, and boost confidence while learning how your body moves.
Because Jiu Jitsu relies on technique and leverage rather than strength, it’s accessible to all body types and fitness levels. While it’s also widely known as an effective form of self-defense, the focus of this class is simply learning, moving, and feeling comfortable on the mats.
