Not all relationships can be celebrated in the open.
Across cultures, religions, families and communities, some forms of love provoke anger or discomfort, fear and fascination. So these relationships remain secret — for fear of being judged, hurt, blamed, shamed, punished… even banned or cast out entirely.
Often, it’s the people we love the most who put pressure on us to be what we are not.
Sometimes we have to walk away from love to keep our place in the world.
Sometimes we risk everything for it.
Sometimes we leave our home to love freely.
Join us to share and explore the emotional reality of loving someone we are not allowed to love.
Bring your stories, experiences, struggles, questions, courage, grief, longing… and everything that exists in between love and fear.
Our guiding questions:
👉🏽 What did you have to sacrifice, hide, or risk to love openly?
👉🏽 How has being judged for who you love affected your relationship?
👉🏽 What conflicts emerged within you, and with the people around you?

LOVE TALKS helps you unpack the ‘junk’ from the ‘useful’, the ‘wishful thinking’ from the ‘reality’.
We don’t provide Miracle Cheat Sheets to resolve your problems – they never work! Instead, you’ll get human answers, safety and compassion, wisdom and experience, FACTS & FIGURES, and a deeper understanding of what you might not see.
