Slow Flow Sunset

This class is slower paced and suitable for both beginners and those with some yoga experience. Throughout the class, you will gain understanding and confidence in each pose while building a strong foundation and deeper understanding of movement in your yoga practice. The class is carried out at a slower pace; however, slower doesn't always mean easier. There is a balance between building strength, flexibility, and connection to your body through movement, while also finding your centre within yourself.
