This week’s theme: Insecurities and how to heal them.
Who is this for?
You're at the stage of life where you recognise that external achievement alone doesn't necessarily lead to feeling fulfilled, whole and secure in who you are.
You'd like to be able to show up through the trials and tribulations of life capable of standing firm in your own truth, trusting yourself deeply and feeling like a grown ass adult.
You're sincere about your desire for growth and development. You're willing to show up, to be vulnerable and to support others in their own development.
You're not looking for quick fixes or magic pills.
What do we cover?
First, there is a short teaching section where a couple key principles are articulated. The section is designed to be interactive so that its not just me reading words off a screen.
Second, there is a practical section. Generally, you'll be split into pairs and given the chance to unpack your own challenges, supported by myself and your peers. This is where you see the magic of curiosity and compassion.
Lastly, we wrap up with suggestions for applying what you’ve learnt in your life, plus theory notes and a cheat sheet for you to look back on.

Testimonials
“Honestly my experience in joining the workshops was mesmerizing. With every single small topic I would feel like I'm learning something completely new. The workshops themselves always make you think and they always open you up to new ideas and new ways of thinking that you could have never been exposed to without them.” - Catalin.
“This was my second workshop, and once again, it was such a positive experience—very engaging and easy to connect with everyone. It gave me the time and space to sit down, address relatable issues we often overlook in our busy lives, and better understand challenges involving relationships, work, and personal life.” - Pedro
“The workshop experience was comfortable and the way it was presented kept attendees inquisitive around the session's topic. Nathan kept the setting very comfortable, making it easy for myself to not only understand the foundational concepts, but also to ask questions freely - even amongst a crowd of "strangers”. Essentially allowing us to settle into the practical section of the workshop with a lot more ease. Since he made it easy to grasp the foundational concepts, it helps me keep in mind the concepts of what was taught into "daily life" or “daily introspection" post-workshop.” - Amanda
“I found this workshop to be a very interesting and thought provoking experience for me. It allowed me to share and confront the problems I have been facing head on in a calm and peaceful manner. It gave me a more positive perspective on issues that I initially held as fully negative. To have more self compassion when addressing my own issues with self sabotage. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to find clarity on their problems and have a space to share what they are facing in life and receive advice or direction on how to solve these problems.” - Menno
“I was a bit nervous about opening up about personal experiences with people I didn’t know, but I was also really curious about the topic and wanted to understand my own beliefs a little better. I also thought talking to a stranger would be the awkward part, but it actually helped me open up more than I’d expected. Once we started talking, it felt much more natural than I’d expected. It was nice to have someone listen and ask questions that I probably wouldn’t have thought to ask myself.” - Laura
About Me
I'm not a life coach, nor am I a mindset coach...
I'm more like an ecologist for someone's internal world OR internal eco-system.
An eco-system (such as the Amazon) is a system of systems - all of which are alive and interconnected. Each part is whole in and of itself, while being part of the larger whole. The overall system is complex and diverse.
And as individuals, our internal world is just as complex. Containing desires, beliefs, thoughts, emotions, feelings, etc. When there's harmony between all these diverse system, it's great. When there isn't harmony, it's not so great and solutions aren't so obvious.
And this is where I help people. Meeting them amidst the complexity of who they are and helping them find robust solutions to their complex problems. Problems such as insecurities, limiting beliefs, people-pleasing and the like.
