Mindset Mastery: Limiting Beliefs, Deconstructed
The problem I have with most belief work is that you’re told to start with your past and work your way forwards to the present.
But when I’m with a client I never start a session by asking them to tell me about their childhood from ages three to five - I always begin by being curious about their challenges in the present day.
And then from there we work our way backwards, deconstructing how their beliefs were created to begin with.
In this workshop you’ll learn:
Why it's important to explore the factors (culture, parents, peers, etc.) behind your beliefs — not for their own sake, but because they reveal what made you believe it, and keep you believing; and
Why addressing that reason — not just the belief itself — is what actually changes it.
We'll also unpack how the identity of 'I'm a winner' can be just as detrimental as 'I'm a loser' — just look at how many child sporting prodigies never reach their full potential.
The workshop itself is split into theory and practice:
The theory section will explore the concepts - giving you the opportunity to ask questions and lock in your understanding;
In the practical, you’ll be split up into pairs and take turns exploring your own limiting beliefs while your partner listens and asks questions (and vice versa).
You’ll leave the workshop with at least one insight or breakthrough that changes the way you see yourself and your beliefs.

Honestly my experience in joining the workshops was mesmerizing. With every single small topic I would feel like I'm learning something completely new. The workshops themselves always make you think and they always open you up to new ideas and new ways of thinking that you could have never been exposed to without them.

This was my second workshop, and once again, it was such a positive experience—very engaging and easy to connect with everyone. It gave me the time and space to sit down, address relatable issues we often overlook in our busy lives, and better understand challenges involving relationships, work, and personal life.

The workshop experience was comfortable and the way it was presented kept attendees inquisitive around the session's topic. Nathan kept the setting very comfortable, making it easy for myself to not only understand the foundational concepts, but also to ask questions freely - even amongst a crowd of "strangers”. Essentially allowing us to settle into the practical section of the workshop with a lot more ease. Since he made it easy to grasp the foundational concepts, it helps me keep in mind the concepts of what was taught into "daily life" or “daily introspection" post-workshop.
About Nathan:
Nathan guides people to live their lives on their own terms, unconstrained by the mental and emotional patterns that have shaped them.
He blends shadow work, hypnotherapy and developmental psychology into a holistic approach to personal development.
Ultimately, his work is about cultivating people who are strong, benevolent, compassionate, wise, playful and powerful—capable of leading themselves and others with greater freedom and integrity.
