How to Train and Build AI From Scratch

A Hands-On LLM Session

The goal isn’t to get hired by Meta at 250 million USD/year (although we wouldn't mind if it happens 😅)

Idea is to not be scared of AI, whether consciously or unconsciously, by understanding it better.

In this relaxed series of sessions, we’ll build small parts of a GPT-style language model together. Over time, we’ll explore how LLMs are structured, how they work, and how we can build and train one from scratch ourselves.

I also believe this kind of understanding helps us prepare and get an edge on current and what’s coming next in the AI space.

If this all reads bit technical don't worry. You are not alone, we will simplify it altogether.

First half - Hands-on building

A guided walkthrough of what's AI is made of and first steps towards training own model. You can follow along or just watch.

Second half - Networking

Open, informal discussion around AI tools, workflows, and ideas people are using in their products or businesses.
