6:30 PM - 8:00 PM

Hey friends! This month we're giving the whole night to one question: not which model you run, but which harness you run it in. 🚀 The harness is the runtime around the model — the thing that hands it a file system, memory, tools and guardrails. Same model, different harness, completely different results. Most of us picked ours by accident and have never compared. Here is what we have lined up:
Building Your Own Harness — Live — David Pirek, a senior engineer working in AI and harness engineering, built his own agent harness rather than settling for an off-the-shelf one. He'll put [harness name] on screen and walk through it: what it does that the mainstream harnesses don't, the design calls he'd defend, the ones that turned out to be wrong, and what it actually takes to run a model with real hands. LinkedIn
Grok Bot on Trial — The Panel 🔥 — xAI's Grok Bot is the loudest new arrival in the space: always-on agents that get their own cloud computer, sign in to the tools you already use, and are meant to finish multi-step work without supervision. Big claim. Does it hold up? David Pirek and Marcel J Reinosa — a harness engineer and an operator who has run agents inside a real multi-million-dollar construction business — take it apart on stage. Where it's genuinely ahead, where it's marketing, and whether "always-on" is a feature or a liability. Bring your objections; the panel wants them. Marcel on LinkedIn
The Hotseat 🔥 — Our community segment where members take the mic and share their real-world attempts to use AI in their lives and businesses — the wins, the fails, and everything in between. Want a turn in the Hotseat? Let us know when you arrive!
